Sounds Commercial have been working with R3 Events & Global Conference Network since 2013 to provide the AV production and video content for a wide variety of award shows & conferences across the UK and Europe.
This year, Sounds Commercial formalised their working relationship with GCN & R3, to become the Headline Sponsor for the prestigious Awards Awards, as well as being the official Content Partner & Sponsor for Sports Business Awards, the Conference Awards, the London Venue Awards, and The European Association Awards.
The brief that we received for the Awards Awards was to create a fully wrapped set, where the on-screen content blended seamlessly into the set design, creating unbroken branding across the whole set.
Our Studio Department created bespoke graphics that ran seamlessly with all of the on-screen VT’s and presentations.
The Awards Awards was held in the Adelphi Suite at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel, London.
Three hundred Event and Awards Show specialists arrived at a grand drinks reception where we had installed a PA system tailored to the specifications of the room. A musician performed background Jazz music for the guests to enjoy whilst networking and crossing their fingers for a win in the awards show.
Sounds Commercial had two wins of their own when an event that we had designed, produced and executed; ‘Procurement Leaders – World Procurement Awards 2017’ won in the following categories;
