When we were asked to provide AV equipment and technical support for the launch of the voco St. John’s, Solihull we jumped at the chance to help show off this newly refurbished venue.

To compliment the low ceiling height and give the launch guests the best possible view from every angle, Sounds Commercial erected a twin screen stage set design with central branding and coloured LED up-lighters.

A staging platform, branded lectern and stage lighting package were added to complete the presentation area and illuminate the speakers. Moving lights added an element of WOW factor to the launch and two of the latest three-chip DLP projectors were used to ensure the highest standards of HD projection were met. An Events PA system with a simple assortment of microphones took care of the audio requirements on the night. Craig and Dave were on hand to monitor all aspects of the AV and were invited to share a tasty meal.

As a final touch, LED uplighters in yellow were set along the suite perimeter to match the corporate colour scheme.
