The first of five Alternative Events for 2020 took place in the Hanover Suite of the stunning Beaumont Estate and so our Event Crew headed down the M1 and along the A30 to Windsor for the Alternative In-House Technology Summit.

Sounds Commercial provided a single screen stage set on 11ft high scenic flats to slot nicely in to the Hanover Suite. We also included an unprinted canvas wrap for projection which allowed the client to utilise the built-in data projection unit that was fixed into the ceiling. The equipment and cable runs were completed in a way that would allow breakout sessions to be conducted in neighbouring Suites Hanover one and three with no disruption to the main presentation area.

In addition to the branded stage set, a staging platform and branded conference lectern were supplied for this event and it was all atmospherically lit by a stage wash and series of up-lighters. A range of microphones were connected to an Events PA to provide crisp and clear audio for music and vocal enhancement. To aid the efficiency of the presentations, a comfort monitor and digital countdown timer were also added. Two Sounds Commercial technicians were onsite for the duration of the event to ensure the smooth operation of all the equipment.

The Marriott Forest of Arden will be the next stop as we gear up to host the Alternative Accountancy Strategic IT Conference with a plethora of additional activity including an Exhibition, a separate sponsor branded stream running alongside the main event and musical entertainment for the Monday evening dinner.
