Continuing the ongoing partnership between Sounds Commercial and Ascot Group, for the 6th year in a row Sounds Commercial provided sponsorship, Event Management and full AV support for Business Leaders Awards at Ashton Gate Stadium Bristol on the 27th September 2018.
The Business Leader Awards are the most prestigious and celebrated business event of the year in Bristol and the South West. This high profile, exclusive event brings together the most influential leaders in business, education and government to recognise and celebrate business success, supported by the area’s most important professionals and advisors.
The Awards Dinner hosted 800 guests this year, and Sounds Commercial had the task of staging and dressing inside and outside the main awards room, VIP bar, drinks reception bar and after party room.
The set and scenery was designed to create a great experience for each guest, with 3x large projection screens and 2 ultra-wide printed wraps between the projection screens. The stage housed 2x fully logo wrapped Lecterns, and still allowed lots of room for the animated host, Russell Kane.
To create immediate impact upon arrival to the stadium, we printed 5m banners stretched around Truss Frames and put them outdoors in the entrance road. We created customised light boxes using the front covers of previous editions of the Business Leader Magazine, and place these around the VIP bars.
The partnership between Sounds Commercial and Business Leader Awards continues to grow from strength to strength, and together we are working on the National Business Leader Awards in June 2019 at Hilton Hotel, Park Lane.
