This December we were honoured to provide event services to Vinci Facilities for their day time conference and evening dinner. Vinci Facilities came to us with a brief of creating an event that was different to what their delegates had come to expect, and this is always a challenge we love!

The conference itself boasted a unique set-up, running six workshop areas where hosts pitched ideas to a small group of delegates, making for a more intimate conference environment.

To go above and beyond their conference in 2018, Vinci Facilities opted for a bespoke graphics wrap that created seamless branding across the single screen stage set – and it looked fab! Presenters stood behind branded lecterns, and we provided multiple remote controllers, and the cabling and signalling required, for the presenters to have the flexibility of controlling the presentation from around the room.

After the delicious evening dinner, we supplied a silent disco with headphones to every delegate loaded with a variety of music so that they could dance the night away.

With our technicians on hand throughout to ensure the event ran smoothly, this conference was a success and we received great feedback all round. We believe we met the brief of creating an event different to the years before and we hope to do the same again next time round!
